@xman7695 fromwhat ive read, the US replacement rate comes from immigration, not births. Except for Utah and Alabama. Roll Tide!

@andre1987eph my dude, ppl of low means can not rent less that $1000/mo AND be able to get to work. In my metro (FL), you'd have to live about an hour's drive away from the jobs, and a car costs money. tl;dr: FYI, your advice comes off out of touch.

@NiaWorldwide not quite "The American Dream", is it?

@stevechance150 i hear you but at the low end, it really affects core productivity. Look into Japan/China right now for why it's not only about the retirees, which is the immediate problem, but why the next 25 will such too. Low birthrates mean "not enough workers" (in qoutes because it depends on who you ask but it sucks, in general)

@NiaWorldwide as a USAian, no no enough support. A lot of ppl will suffer, worldwide bc i think we're in a global contraction.

@Demmrir if you're making more than $60k, it's no brainer.

@NTM567 my needs were like $200 at publix for a couple weeks' worth of stuff Edit: bc the bots are out: it was a monthly resupply of water, wraps, some meat and cheese, and dinner that night: sushi ($10ea--best part of Murica), salad, alcohol ($15). Everything else was waters, and sandwich stuff (replace D tier white bread with B tier protein wraps)
