  1. This is all of Adulthood. You have to do chores so that you can find relief from entropy. You have legal requirements that have to be met year after year lest we are fined or otherwise punished. Then, everything you own decays and is SO expensive to address. All your pets and family will die. It all sucks. Buddhism helped me just because it starts from "life is suffereing" and provides ways to address it. I'm not Buddhist, but learning about it, and listening to speakers from that culture helped me let that pain go.

  2. ​ @alainerookkitsunev5605 this is actually a great idea. Just kniw that AA is for the religious, but SMART recovery is based in cognitive and behavior science. Based solidy around what Dr K was talking about here.
