  1. Really common for ppl who grow up poor or scared or otherwise unstable in early life. When you grow up in survival mode, being secure is unfamiliar, which throws you into survival mode again It's normal. Glad you're doing better ❤

  2. I really like how they are both holistic healers, but from different schools and backgrounds. Fascinating to me how different minds approach the same problem and come to the same conclusions but in their own way. And the conversation explored a lot topics, would love to hear them talk again
