  2. Thank you for showing off the original Primitive Technology channel. I assume the man is a boyscout/outdoorsman, and I think he said that it was a hobby to learn how to do these things or to come up with natural ways to solve common problems (I'm paraphasing heavily). The point is, he went out to the bush, and built things and tried things. You can see his projects build on what he's built before; there's progression in his work. He went dark for awhile (maybe locked down). But he came oyt with a good book that's a really good reference that uses stills from his videos as a step-by-step guide to wilderness survival. I love "coffee table" books that are also useful..
