  2. And no one remembers the Sumerians who predated the Babylonians by millennia and who the Babylonians inherited their culture from, especially religion (with their own twists) and bureaucracy.

  3.  @satqur  yes, the Sumerians were prolific. I think the oldest beer recipe found was on a Sumerian tablet.
