  7. No, you're giving waaaasy too much credit to talent acquisition. No recruiter is that job longer than 18mo and they have no streategy beyond keeping their jobs. You haven't been in corp anerica in the Gulf states.

If 2 kids can't to you to now the lawn and one said $10 and one said $20, you'd always take the cheaper one is the seevice is about the same. That's outsourcing, they are significantly cheaper. No one will pay premium in business, that's wasted money

  10.  @johnnylollard7892  because it's anti-consumer. We do not get the benefit of the cheaper product/cheaper labor. I think it's a balancing act for govt, but in principle competitive advantage helps the whole system and encourages healthy disruption.
