  2. He said they have the right to set terms of service and said that he wants all speech unless it's illegal. How is that defending censorship?

  3.  @chuclancy5447 , I didn't endorse him; I asked a question. He's is making a legalistic argument about YT because it's a private company, but his personal approach on his own channel is allow all speech. He even said somewhere else that if we all agreed that YT is a "town square" we would then all have to agree about regulating speech, which means that he'd apply a different standard to YT. I don't see where he's "defending censorship" , which is only applicable to the government, by definition.
