  1. These are “Anchor babies” Usually used to gain access to the US for their parents. This case is unusual and I wonder what stopped the mother gaining US residency? 1 in 9 children in Texas schools is an anchor child or an illegal. The drain on schools is massive and only hurts American children’s education.

  2. chris pf if I buy a coke I pay taxes. The education system is overwhelmed with children who often don’t speak English and whose parents are here illegally. They don’t pay taxes but they do consume massive amounts of taxpayer funded services. Parents are responsible for their actions. They should be deported and anchor babies are welcome to go with them. I don’t believe in tearing families apart.

  3. chris pf parents should not use children like this. There are consequences to breaking laws. If you want to come to America or any other country do it legally. Anchor babies cost the US a fortune we should stop it. The 14th amendment was clearly about slavery not economic immigrants.
