The BBC should point out that she is stating that she will do her job. She isn’t sidestepping questions! It’s her job not to rule on her opinions.

@messigoh6061 I see your point but the direction of the court generally reflects the country as the country picks the executive branch and the senate. The importance of the court has been amplified by democrats in the last 40 years as they put activist judges on the court. Conservatives put judges on that follow the law. Democrats vote as a block and conservatives don’t. I want the court to interpret the law not write it. Democrats want them to legislate from the bench things they could never get the people to vote for.
