  5. Mass mail out ballots are wide open to fraud. Sending out ballots by mail to everyone will guarantee nobody will know who won for months. The recent NY primary election took two months and tens of thousands of ballots were corrupted and thrown out. Some states have millions more people on the voter rolls than live in the state. One cat got a ballot recently!! A cat! It wouldn’t be so bad but the cat had been dead for ten years!
