He was shot after he resisted arrest, assaulted two police officers, stole a taser then as he was running turned and shot the taser at the policeman chasing him. That’s exactly when he was shot. Oh by the way they had been super nice to him for 43 minutes before trying to keep him calm and administer a sobriety test.
