The first gay cabinet member was Richard Grenell. First Trumps Ambassador to Germany then acting DNI. It would be accurate to report that the democrats refused to confirm Grenell in the senate for nearly a year. The hypocrisy of the left is amazing. It seems it’s fair game to attack republican gays and blacks.

We already did Richard Grenell. He was held back from his job by democrats for nearly a year. Maybe because he was a gay republican and the democrats are all for divinity as long as you agree with them.

Biden introduced Buttigieg as the “first openly gay nominee to lead a cabinet department” — an attempt to dodge the fact that Trump appointed Ric Grennell as the first openly gay cabinet member. (Grennell was Senate-confirmed as the U.S. ambassador to Germany and later appointed by Trump to acting Director of National Intelligence).

Then when he was the first gay cabinet member they refuse to acknowledge that and try to rewrite history. The fact is the left hates him because he’s a gay conservative. I object to the hypocrisy of the left.
