  1. People are leaving because of mismanagement of the state. High taxes and regulations. Blackouts and brownouts. Spending billions of renewables that can’t keep the lights on instead of maintaining the electrical grid is madness. Some years half of the fires are caused by faulty equipment. The system is ancient!
