  1. The NHS is horrific. They ration treatment. You may wait a year for a simple operation that they would schedule next week in the US. The way patients are treated is horrible with dirty hospitals and rude nurses. Doctors don’t get paid extra for saying hello or bring nice. So many don’t bother with social niceties.
