  3. Cleon P. Most politicians change their minds depending on the circumstances so it’s easy to point out hypocrisy. Biden is well known for changing his mind. However it’s hypocritical to challenge conservatives when your own candidate held the same opinion so recently. I would add that RBG was herself confirmed in 42 days. If she wanted to be replaced by a democrat then she should have retired under Obama when he had the senate. She chose not to.
