The only illegal government here is Russian. Because the coup in 1993 when Boris Eltsin shot parlament building with tanks. And started an illegal war in 1994 against chechens, annexed Crimea, started a hybrid war in Donbass and broke minsk argreements (10 paragraph) Russia is an illegal terrorist state.
