  46. @ Biology and logic demonstrate that one distinct and complete human life consists of one human being at all stages of his/her formation at conception, prenatal development, growth in childhood and adolescence, and change through adulthood until death. That is, a genetically distinct human being forms at conception, and that person’s genome is expressed continually across the lifespan, though in changing ways. Termination of a human life at any of its stages is termination of a human life. A human life remains a human life regardless of developmental stage, location, or dependence on another or others for survival.
