  8. The news reported that the Moskva was sailing in a storm about 16 nautical miles from the Ukrainian coast. The Ukrainian military used their Bayraktar TB2 to monitor the area outside of radar detection. When the TB2 drone detected the Moskva in the storm, they used the drone’s location to target their Neptune anti-ship cruise missiles. The Neptune cruise missiles were flying on the deck and only went active target search mode at the drone location. The Moskva like most modern warship has a defensive weapons firing mode extending from the ship. The Close in Weapons System (CIWS) is a system that is automatic and computer controlled to react quicker than a human can react. Did the Moskva detect the TB2 drone? If it detected the drone why didn’t it shoot it down? Did the CIWS miss their hitting the Bayraktar drone and the Neptune anti-ship cruise missiles? If the Russian’s Black Sea flagship’s CIWS couldn’t protect itself, the rest of the fleet will have to go further away from shore.

Under the old USSR, ethnic Russian enclaves where established in conquered areas to cause disunity with the local population against the USSR’s central government. These old USSR ethnic Russian enclaves are where the political disruptions are being generated. Russia can occupy small areas of ethnic Russian speaking enclaves in Ukraine near the boarder on the East and the South. But, not the whole country since the rest of Ukraine speaks Ukrainian and are not ethnic Russians. When the USSR fell, all the former ethnic non-Russian members left Russia and formed their own ethnic country.

The American Airlines pilot and copilot should have known what the active takeoff runway was. With moving map navigation and even with an ordinary compass both pilots would have seen they were heading in the wrong direction. Airline pilots are required to have a pre-takeoff briefing and both have to agree on which runway is in active use from the broadcast digital Automatic Terminal Information Service (ATIS) and monitor the given taxi instructions on their moving map navigation. There is no single person's mistake, it had to be multiple failures in procedures to have been broken by both pilots for the potential of a major accident. It is the reason for two airline pilots to verify each other's action in the cockpit.

He should have used his service handgun to find the perpetrator. The officer fired his rifle before determining that he was being threaten or before determining what barriers where behind to contain the bullet before firing at the perpetrator. The body camera shows the officer, I assume has an AR-15 type assault rifle, firing three rounds at the perpetrator. In the video, he didn’t identify himself as a police officer or yelling at the perpetrator to show his hands. He fired his AR-15 as soon as he saw the perpetrator.
