He would have told, just like in his first term he told the Russians secrets in the Oval Office with only Russian media present. The US public only knew about it when the Russians published the secret information, since no US press was allowed in the Oval Office with the Russian press.

Trump wasn’t outrage against Putin. Trump is showing his bias, at the White House meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy he berated him in front of the world press for defending his country, while never saying anything against Putin for invading Ukraine.
