It will be like turning back to the “Cold War” days before the fall of the “Berlin Wall”. Sanctions will take a long time to be effective, since the rich Russian Oligarchs stockpiled money and luxury good before the attack after Putin told them he was attacking.

  3. The “SWIFT” payment system will stay open for awhile before it will be shutdown. It will give Western companies time to get their payments from Russian banks for goods that they had already sold before the “No Sell” sanctions are enforced and they will be no bank money transfers from Russia.
