Trump’s lawyers are either “Yes Men” agreeing to whatever he says and not given any legal counsel or he hired the lawyers advertising on roadside billboard for clients who believed the judge would accept the outlandish affidavit.

  7. If water raises 6-inches to a foot above the car floor, this very well could be considered enough damage for the car to be totaled as a flood damaged car. The flood waters in the car interior causes black mold in the carpet, shorts out and corrodes electrical connections that are not water-proof in the interior of the car and costing more money to repair; making it a total loss by car insurance company. States will not register cars that are flood damage and list the cars as salvage and not operable on the road.

  14. The commuter train, “Brightline”, released the cab video of the accident. The commuter train had the green light, and the crossing arms were down. Just before the crash, a freight train had just passed the crossing going the other way. The fire truck decided to go around the crossing arm on the other lane thinking that the only train traffic was the freight train that had just passed the other way from the commuter train.

You’ll know how bad it might get for the NOAA layoffs if the next tornado warning takes longer to issue alarm to the public or the weather prediction for farmers planting or harvesting crops or calving isn’t as accurate as it was before the layoffs. Cities might have to delay sending out snow removal or preparing for bad weather without timely reporting.

  17. The NY judge’s ruling about cancelling all of Trump’s business licenses in the state of New York will start in 10 days to dissolve the Trump LLCs. Other Trump LLCs located in other states will not be affected, but other states may start their own investigation. All the NY properties with the Trump name on them might be taken down under the new ownership that buys them from receivership.
