  1. The commuter train, “Brightline”, released the cab video of the accident. The commuter train had the green light, and the crossing arms were down. Just before the crash, a freight train had just passed the crossing going the other way. The fire truck decided to go around the crossing arm on the other lane thinking that the only train traffic was the freight train that had just passed the other way from the commuter train.
