  1. It will require a detail account of the search effort done and not just a signed affidavit saying “Trump doesn’t think he has any of the documents” in his procession. Trump’s lawyers are either “Yes Men” agreeing to whatever he says and not given any legal counsel or he hired the lawyers advertising on roadside billboard for clients who believed the judge would accept the outlandish affidavit.
