The law is for everyone, including the GOP. Trump does not have a US government secret clearance, once he left the office of the president and should be treated as every other US citizen who breaks the law. With this much evidence, the federal grand jury will indict Trump on numerous federal charges.

The numerous confidential informers blacked out in the affidavit were the low paid janitorial staff and waitstaff at Mar-a-Lago cleaning Trump's office and bedroom and bring him his meals and seeing all the Top Secret documents thrown haphazard around the rooms. You think that Trump, or his lawyers, or his close associates, or his family members would carry heavy boxes up from the basement to his office or bedroom? You think that the low paid janitorial staff carrying the boxes up from the basement to his office or bedroom was guarded by his lawyers to ensure that they didn’t peek to see what was inside the boxes, or that the boxes were sealed? After Trump looked at the Top Secret documents, do you think he would put them away in his closet by himself or just order a servant to do it for him?
