  1. This is another reason why police body cameras are so important, it will show the state trooper's perspective, unless he didn't turn it on or it got erased.

  2. State trooper has anger management issues. Handcuffs wasn't necessary for the situation to protect the state trooper, he have just put the guy in the locked backseat of the patrol car before escalating it.
