If the secret service agent driving the car testifies under oath that it didn’t happen, then secret service agent Robert Engle and the WH Counsel Pat Cipollone lied to her or she lied under oath about the hearsay conversation and the DOJ can now subpoena secret service agent Robert Engle and the WH Counsel Pat Cipollone to appear before a Federal Grand Jury for a perjury investigation; unlike the Jan. 6 committee they can not refuse to appear. This opens up a whole can of worms for secret service agent Robert Engle and the WH Counsel Pat Cipollone because the Feds needed a probable cause for a subpoena and they can be questioned further about their involvements. I think the legal counsel on the Jan.6 committee set a trap using her hearsay testimony to force secret service agent Robert Engle and the WH Counsel Pat Cipollone to testify.
