  1. Egypt is only allowing people with foreign or dual citizenship to across into their country from the Gaza Strip. Other Arab countries have not offered to take them in for humanitarian reasons. It seems that only the Western countries will, while the oil rich Arab countries are willing only to give money for weapons and not allow them into their countries.
