  1. Conspiracy laws require two or more persons planning to commit a felony and the execution of the felony was agreed upon. Criminal conspiracy doesn’t require the criminal act to have been fully completed. Just the act of planning fraudulent elector documents and seizing voting machines to interfere with the election process to disrupt Congress’s lawful duty is a crime.
