  2. The crazy MAGA Trump officials implicated in a federal criminal conspiracy to overturn the US election are slowly losing their options to stay out of prison. Criminal conspiracy doesn’t require the criminal act to have been fully completed. Just the act of planning fraudulent elector documents or seizing voting machines to disrupt the election process to interfere with Congress is a crime. The first one of the crazy MAGA Trump official to cut a deal will get a reduced sentence; the prosecutor only needs one of the conspirators to confess.
