  1. The last time Trump testified in open court was in the civil lawsuit , E. Jean Carroll, and he started spouting off political nonsense and the judge told him to stop talking nonsense.

  2. Trump always says he would voluntarily testify under oath, but he never does. The only times he had to testify under oath was when he was forced to give a sworn deposition in civil lawsuits. Trump have seen the video depositions in the civil lawsuit, and knows if he testifies in open court the prosecutors would rake him over the coals!
