The FBI and DOJ were able to get a federal judge to use the exceptions to the lawyer-client privilege which includes planning an ongoing crime and imminent harm, (i.e. destroying evidence) and force Trump’s attorney Evan Corcoran to turnover his copious amount of notes about what Trump had told him about Trump’s illegal activity. Trump is so desperate for good attorneys that Evan Corcoran still works for him on other charges he will be facing, not on the Florida trial.

Trump’s lead lawyers, James Trusty and John Rowley, hit the news media route and went on spewing political “Red Meat” to the GOP MAGA and had said nothing about the law and this was just a political vendetta. They were just trying to taint the jury pool with political nonsense. After the news media blitz, the Feds dropped the hammer and released the full indictment. Both his lead lawyers, James Trusty and John Rowley, quit that same day. The possible reason, once appearing before the court as Trump’s legal attorneys they are obligated to represent him and can not quit without the judge approving their quitting; they could quit anytime before the arrangement. Trump's notorious for not paying his attorneys.
