  1. The Air Force had to send multiple helicopters with redundant Pararescue personnel encase of mechanical in-flight problems on one of the choppers. The choppers were sent first with the refueling aircraft loading fuel on the ground to follow. The mission had to have redundancy for a 100% mission success.
