  1. The Ukraine military uses old outdated Soviet attack helicopters; it shows how incompetent and clueless the centralized top heavy Russian command is. The regular Russian troops at the military fuel depot were probably waiting for a Russian General to tell them what to do as they watched the same type of helicopters the Russian army has shooting at the fuel tanks. Another possibility for the Russian attack helicopter hitting the Russian fuel depot was because the pilots were lost and off course and hit what they thought was their target. Either way, being openly invaded by your weaker enemy in a war Russia started or having your own military attack helicopters hit your fuel depot show how totally incompetent the Russian military is; no wonder they are losing to a weak force.
