WTF! “Please do not judge the situation until you hear all the facts.” The psycho shot his unarmed and defenseless coworkers and then shot at state police through the car windshield. Even if he was being “Bullied” at work, it doesn’t justify killing people.

@blackcrow3718 The people who had bullied him were terrible people, what he did was worst then being verbally bullied, he shot people who could not defend themselves. He shot a Texas state trooper he didn’t know through the windshield, who was just doing his job to protect people. Who knows why he didn’t shoot everyone he saw at his workplace. Maybe he was saving his last bullets for someone who wasn’t working that day and went looking for him. A psycho is someone who is mentally unstable, and he definitely was unstable.

@blackcrow3718 There are varying degrees of mental instability. A psycho is a psycho if you kill one or many. “West Virginia man accused of killing teen who bumped him…William Ronald Pulliam appeared unrepentant after fatally shooting a teenager during a confrontation outside a West Virginia discount store…Pulliam has been charged with first-degree murder in an incident police and witnesses say started with two strangers bumping into each other Monday night. He has not yet been assigned an attorney by the public defender’s office...The suspect told police he had dinner immediately after the alleged crime and then visited a female friend – in whose home the .380 revolver used in the shooting was found, according to the criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County magistrate court.’’ CNN November 24, 2016 U.S. Marshal Service Deputy Fred Lamey confirms 65-year-old William Ronald Pulliam died Thursday at the Carter County Detention Center…A Kentucky State Police news release said Pulliam was found dead in his cell Thursday evening…Pulliam pleaded guilty in August to second-degree murder for shooting 15-year-old James Means in 2016. Prosecutors had recommended a 20-year sentence, but a sentencing hearing hadn’t been held…” Associated Press Oct. 4, 2019

@blackcrow3718 Under US laws, justifiable homicide is done to protect yourself or others from death or severe injury. You said “…but you don’t have to [be] a psycho or mentally unstable to choose to kill someone. Sadly he is doing [it] for wrong reasons…” Are you saying killing is justifiable if you have personal reasons other than to protect yourself from death or severe injury? In a US court of law they would charge you with homicide killing someone other than in self-defense.

@blackcrow3718 I just quoted what you wrote;”…don’t put words in my mouth did not stated the is justifiable for him to assault these people…but it was his choice to do so…” In the United States, no one has the right to use violence on anyone, or even lay your hands on anyone. You can not choose something you have no rights to.
