  1. Trump's battle to stay on the ballot is a civil court matter on whether he had violated the 14th Amendment Section 3. In civil trials the determination of guilty is more likely than not; in criminal trials it’s beyond a reasonable doubt. The US Supreme Court has to give a ruling, it's either he's on all the ballots or not on any ballot.
