  1. The chopper pilot said the jet landing was insight and requested to cross behind the jet. The jet is in front and perpendicular to the chopper, instead of going behind, he hit it on the right side of the jet. It appears that the military chopper pilot might have had night spatial vision effect and lost spacing, which happens when using night vision goggles where some depth perception is lost. The chopper should have slowed down or circled until the jet landed instead of trying to cross behind the jet at the same altitude.
