4th Amendment; “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” The police had no probable cause to handcuff and detain the pastor on private property. The pastor should sue for violation of his 4th Amendment rights.

@believer8662 Proverbs 31:8-9; “speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy”. The police were violating the pastor’s 4th Amendment rights and were unjust.

@believer8662 I was commenting on the law and what's legal and what's illegal. This can be proven in court. You are the one who states that the bible says that authority is always right and we should obey no matter what.
