  5.  @RambosMullet79  These are Haitian families fleeing an earthquake and hurricane, traveling long distances with limited food and water. I doubt that any of them would out run a Texas cop, unless the Texas cop was overweight. They would be hard to blend in and hide in Texas, how many blacks speak with a heavy Haitian Creole French accent in Texas?
