  2.  @lalolalin4950  Yes, travel in Mexico has risks and you have to judge the amount of risks you are willing to take. You don’t drink the water or have drinks with ice or eat from street food vendors to prevent “Montezuma’s Revenge”. You don’t expect to have to wear a bullet proof vest on your vacation.
