It’s a typical Western military training scenario with everyone briefed on the tactical mission encase there is a lost in the command structure and then other members in the command can step up and lead. In the Russian organization only a few senior officers know what the mission is and the regular soldiers are kept clueless; not even knowing where they are on the ground.
