  1. You know it’s very bad for the Russian Navy when their automatic Close-In-Weapon System (CIWS) has to be augmented by a “Jury-rigged” platform with a manually fired weapon right next door. I guess with what happened to the Slava-class cruiser Moskva, they don’t trust their CIWS.
