You can see the NATO training the Ukrainian Bradley IFV crew was taught. The Bradley IFV was firing and moving back and forth. It’s harder to hit a moving target in limited visibility. By moving, even back and forth while firing, it makes it harder for the Russians to hit you if they try to fire an ATGM at your muzzle flashes.

The Russian tank crew knew they were about to become “Cannon Fodder” when they started to go in reverse while under Ukrainian fire. The Russian tank’s reverse speed is about 5 km per hour and the weakest armor is in the back so they couldn’t turn around and try to use their faster forward speed while under fire.

@MKO-USA You never stay put in a tank if you can move, you go on the offensive and get out of the "Kill Zone" to counterattack by maneuvering around the enemy. Once you go defensive and don't maneuver you become a metal "Pill Box" waiting to be attacked from behind at your weak point with an ATGM or a "Kamikaze" drone.

@MKO-USA Tanks are meant for long shots and open areas, the Gulf War taught the Allies this lesson. Tanks supported the IFV and dismounted troops to clear the urban areas. The Russians failed to learn from the Chechen war they fought when the Chechens who didn’t have any tanks or IFV but destroyed Russian tanks hiding around buildings and roof tops in urban areas. It was repeated when the Russians first invaded Ukraine rolling down the roads being ambushed; Putin now turns towns and cities to shell craters.
