For the Russian air force, just taking off and landing is a major accomplishment with limited amount of flight time they give to their pilots for training.

@Yuri_Volkov And yet having airbases in Russia right across the border from Ukraine they are unable to achieve air dominance over the battlefield. Their sorties are lobbing their rockets into the air and hopping it hits something without aiming.
