Sabotage over 100 kilometers from the front line in broad daylight, it's getting very bad being near a Russian ammunition depot, with Ukrainian Special Forces working behind the lines.

@skiddzjust1389 Putin has not acceded to the Convention on Cluster Munitions and the UN Human Rights Office had received reports of the Russian cluster bombs being used in Ukraine. Russia is still bound by International Humanitarian Law and possible war crimes for their use i.e., cluster, thermobaric, and phosphoric munitions.

@SteveMHN The Russian radar would have pickup the long range Ukrainian missiles and fired their S-400 or S-300 SAMs; missing the missiles but have a visible launch of the SAMs. Cluster munitions are banned in August 2010 by the Oslo Convention.

@SteveMHN It doesn't mean that the Russians aren't still trying to shoot down Ukrainian rockets and missiles with their SAMs. The Russian war crimes will eventually be prosecuted by the UN or the Hague International Court.
