  1. This is exposing the Russian government and military high command incompetence and corruption. Ukraine is right next door and has outdated former Soviet Union military equipment with some limited amount of Western donated weapon systems; far less then they need. It shows the corruption and graft in the Russian military high command and Russian government bureaucracy on supplying material and training. Putin’s Russian oligarchs and Generals have been stealing money from the country and providing substandard military equipment and training, while buying multi-million dollar villas and multi-million dollar yachts in Western countries. Putin will just be sending more under trained and under equipped reserve troops as “Cannon Fodder”.
