  1. The Russians have been stealing anything with a microchip from Ukrainian washing machines to use because of the Western sanctions. Thinking that they might be able to reuse microchips from the American MQ-9 Reaper drone will be a waste of time; an electrical self-destruct circuit fried the chips when it lost communication to the ground station.
