  2.  @TheBeardedMerchant  If cowardice in a cop was a crime, then the whole local police department in Uvalde, Texas would be in prison for the elementary school shooting. The local cops waited outside, it took the US Border Patrol overstepped their legal authority and got involved and stormed the classroom stopping the killings.
