  1. The Russian small patrol boat Vasily Bykov fired small caliber automatic weapons in the water near the vessel forcing the MV Sukru Okan to heavy-to for boarding inspection. This is a clear violation of international law of the sea for free passage. The Russians are acting like the Iranians blocking the free passage of merchant ships in the Straits of Hormuz because they are losing; like a child throwing a temper tantrum.

  2.  @mikekh2249  The third party flagged merchant ship was not sailing in Russian territorial waters in the Black Sea but in international free passage waters in the Black Sea. The Russian are acting like Somali pirates and Iranians terrorist seizing ships in international free passage waters.
