  3. Putin shot himself in the foot when he blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric dam. The Russian southern front line had the least amount of fortified trenches. He thought that flooding the area would prevent Ukraine from attacking in the south and save some money since it would be easy to be re-supplied by the Kerch Bridge. His hubris was that the Kerch bridge could never be destroyed, now the Russian southern front is becoming the longest logistical re-supply link on the chain and Crimea is about to be taken back.
