  1. Putin has depleted his tactical ballistic missiles and had to use the S-300 Surface to air missiles (SAM) for ground attack using their GLONASS GPS. There have been problems with GLONASS GPS. A downed Russian Su-34 fighter jet had a US GPS unit taped to the dashboard. There was a night video of S-300 being fired and quickly making a “U-Turn” and destroying the launch unit. The crew not trained properly could have switched their launch location as the target location and the target location as the launch site.
